Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of the City University of New York, Lehman College, with a B.A. in Political Science and English Literature. Mr. Rodriguez is a former Police Officer and Deputized United States Drug Enforcement Agent. Mr. Rodriguez obtained a J.D. from New York Law School and is admitted to practice in NY. While in law school, Mr. Rodriguez worked with the Court Advocate Project, where he assisted victims of domestic violence in court proceedings; the Criminal Justice Seminar, in conjunction with a local District Attorney’s Office; and was awarded the highest scoring advocate at the NYLS Intramural Trial Competition.
